Returns for defective products only

Returns are accepted only for defective products. Request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn and have all original tags attached.

Exchanges for defective products

Exchanges are accepted only for defective products. Request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn and have all original tags attached. Contact the store with your order number and details of the defect to arrange an exchange.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are applicable for returns and exchanges. Please contact us before returning your product so we can confirm the return process and applicable shipping charges.

Refunds for prepaid orders

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and is checked for return eligibility.

Refunds for cash on delivery orders

For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed the next day after the returned product reaches our warehouse and is checked for return eligibility. Please share your bank account or UPI details with the store when arranging your return.
